Job summary

FOUND Careers is seeking an experienced BIM Consultant in the UK to join a leading BIM and Information Management consultancy. The role is mostly remote with occasional office days, focusing on guiding project teams and ensuring BIM standards are followed.

You will coordinate BIM processes, lead coordination meetings, perform clash detection, and contribute to COBie deliverables. Advanced Revit knowledge and information management experience are essential, with familiarity with ISO 19650 and

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of Revit.
• Solid information management and content creation experience.
• Experience writing EIRs, collating BEPs, and implementing standards and procedures in line with ISO 19650.
• Experience leading coordination meetings, managing information workflows, performing clash detection and supporting project teams.
• Good knowledge of UK BIM Standards such as ISO 19650.
• Experience conducting asset information checks, applying corrective measures, and preparing final data handovers like COBie deliverables.
• Experience with delivering training and providing support to project teams.
• Experience working in an architecture/design practice in a similar role.

A leading UK BIM consultancy are currently looking for an experienced BIM Consultant with advanced knowledge of Revit and solid information management experience to join their expert team in a mostly remote position.

About this role

This is a rare opportunity to join a leading UK BIM consultancy and work closely with some of the UK’s most high profile architecture studios providing guidance and support to project teams. You will help ensure BIM standards and procedures are upheld and followed and coordinate and manage BIM processes and workflows.

About you

• You will have advanced knowledge of Revit
