  • Apply SCS modelling requirements for project coordinates, levels, naming, classification, Level of Detail (LoD), Level of Model Information (LoMI), asset identifiers, properties/metadata and model structure.
  • Perform model QA and health checks, basic clash and coordination reviews, and support federated model production and validation across disciplines and supply chain packages.
  • Support native and IFC information exchange, model conversion and validation, checking that geometry and property information remain complete and consistent following translation.
  • Ensure models and drawings are managed through the Common Data Environment (ProjectWise / ACC) with the correct naming, revision, status, metadata and traceability.
  • Support key BIM deliverables including the Data Acceptance Certificate (DAC), Model Production Delivery Table (MPDT), model assurance records and graphical/non-graphical information checks for Stage 5 and Stage 6 handover.
  • Work with BIM Coordinators, engineering, design, construction, survey and the supply chain to resolve modelling and information issues and keep model information aligned with the approved construction status.
  • Support controlled data development and automation using Python, SQL, ETL or similar tools to improve repetitive model/data checks, extraction, transformation, reporting and quality assurance.
