The Billing Team Manager is responsible for maintaining a robust and efficient billing process, ensuring timely and accurate execution of all billing operations. This role drives continuous improvement initiatives, boosts team performance, and supports the Finance Operations Billing Team in meeting its strategic goals. The ideal candidate will serve as a central point of contact for internal stakeholders, suppliers, and clients, while cultivating a high-performing, customer-centric team culture. Operational

  • Lead, coach, and inspire the Billing Team through regular performance reviews, team meetings, and ongoing development initiatives.
  • Oversee billing operations to ensure timely and accurate invoice processing, with prompt resolution of exceptions.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Billing and third-party partners to increase automation and efficiency in invoice processing.
  • Partner with the MI Team to design and deliver insightful billing reports for internal stakeholders and senior management.
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying process efficiencies and enhancing the end-to-end billing journey.
