This role is hybrid, working 1-2 days per week in our Sheffield office. Our team is friendly, high‑performing, and we offer room for progression and professional development. You will work closely with fee‑earners and Partners in Court of Protection, providing accurate administrative support in a fast‑paced environment.
Your Role and What You’ll Be Doing
- Assist with the preparation of Annual OPG reports for all Professional Deputyship matters, exporting bank statements, entering transactions into an Excel template, and reviewing the 3e client account.
- Prepare Lay Deputy reports for external deputies.
- Reconcile transactions passing through accounts, categorising credits/debits and adding descriptions to the spreadsheet.
- Summarise information in a pivot table and copy data to the OPG website.
- Summarise current costs information on the OPG site and provide cost estimates to Fee Earner for the upcoming year.
- Liaise with the OPG to resolve queries following submission of annual OPG reports.
- Assist in all aspects of housekeeping.
- Assist the team in hitting financial targets.
- Prepare documents and files for billing bundles to forward onto the Court.
Qualifications and What We Offer

- Ideally Paralegal experience, however this is not essential.
