Job summary

Responsibilities

• Manage annual renewal billing processes.
• Support monthly billing cycles and reconciliation activities.
• Investigate billing discrepancies and invoice queries.
• Produce billing and revenue reports and support month-end and audit activities.
• Drive efficiencies and improvements across billing and contract-to-cash processes.

About the Role

The Billing Lead Analyst will provide operational support for the implementation and management of customer commercial arrangements within finance and billing systems. You will focus on billing setup, renewals, commercial validation and revenue support, working across teams to translate contractual commercial terms into accurate operational and financial processes.
