Location: Flexible UKI/ 3 days a week at local site - Manton Wood/Worksop S80
Grade N ( Full time role 37.5 hours a week, 25 days holiday, company discounts, parking onsite)
12 month fixed term contract

DHL, an award-winning leading supply chain business is seeking a Billing Analyst. To contribute and adhere to standard processes within the specialism working within clear guidelines to help achieve defined outcomes for the business. Identify deviances within the standard processes and work with the line manager to resolve and identify opportunities to continuously improve. Managing billing diaries effectively ensuring invoices are created accurately, timely and in full first time. Ensuring working towards set KPIs for the specialism.

WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?

As part of your normal duties, whilst maintaining excellent health and safety practices, you will:

  • Adherence to DHL processes/controls
  • Raising sales invoices/credit notes
  • Collections - first point of contact with Accenture / stakeholders
  • Ensure timely availability of billing backup
  • Access Self billing portals (using customer portals)
  • Manage workflow tasks completing in line with agreed SLAs
