Job description

The role plays a vital part in ensuring balance sheet control and income statement management through accurate and timely billing processes., As a Billing Analyst, you will be responsible for validating service data, issuing customer statements, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining financial records to support revenue integrity.

You will work closely with Finance Business Partners and other stakeholders to ensure all customer orders are invoiced promptly and accurately, while continuously improving billing processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate completion of billing schedules with Finance Business Partners and the Controlling team to ensure timely and accurate invoicing.
  • Analyse unbilled receivables and communicate effectively to address ageing receivables issues.
  • Issue customer statements and maintain accurate customer master data.
  • Review and challenge existing billing processes to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements.
  • Partner with the Order to Cash (OtC) Transformation Project lead to provide feedback and support implementation of new processes.
  • Investigate and resolve billing complaints or errors swiftly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with operations, finance, and account managers to resolve billing queries.
  • Ensure compliance and integrity when handling financial data and documentation.
