Job summary

Sysco International is hiring a full-time Project Manager to drive Transportation Management modernization initiatives across Europe, with emphasis on the Swedish market. This role reports to the Supply Chain & Merchandising Portfolio Manager and requires fluent Swedish and English.

The position is hybrid, with 3 days per week at the Hemel Hempstead or Ashford, Kent office, and regular travel as needed. Strong communication, governance, and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering complex technology projects in fast-paced environments.
• Experience in demand planning, transportation, supply chain, logistics or vendor engagement solutions.
• Strong understanding of business processes, stakeholder management and change management.
• Fluency in English and Swedish is essential.
• Minimum degree level in a technology-related discipline required.
• Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, coordination and delivery of project requirements across Europe, with focus on transportation management modernization.
• Maintain project scope, timelines and budgets; manage risks and issues.
• Maintain RAID logs, governance artifacts, and project reporting.
• Engage with internal teams, third-party vendors and senior stakeholders across Sysco.
• Ensure projects transition smoothly into business-as-usual operations.
