Scale AI is seeking a bilingual Product Designer to craft AI-driven experiences for government and enterprise clients, spanning the Middle East and beyond. You will own end-to-end design with PMs and engineers, translate feedback into compelling concepts, and iterate using data-driven insights.

Ideal candidates have a mix of startup and established company experience, a strong portfolio, and hands-on experience with AI-powered design platforms such as Cursor and Claude.

Formación

• Bilingual product designer with startup and established company experience.
• Experience in B2B products for government or enterprise clients.
• Based in GCC or willing to relocate.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.

Responsabilidades

• Lead 0-1 design: own the end-to-end design process with PMs and engineers.
• Develop concepts by translating client and PM feedback into compelling visuals and flows.
• Manage expectations across multiple stakeholders and align on design direction.
• Communicate and prototype visually to articulate concepts using AI design tools.
• Design decisions informed by research, data, and user insights.
