A leading restaurant technology company is seeking an Onboarding Specialist to onboard restaurant partners effectively. You will configure systems, train staff, and guide clients through the onboarding process. This hybrid role in London requires fluency in English and another European language, with a focus on enhancing restaurant operations. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in hospitality and customer training.

The Onboarding Specialist (OBS) is responsible for the successful onboarding of our restaurant partners. Using a consultative approach, the OBS will configure, coordinate and deliver training to key staff on our Core, Pro, Basic and additional products. The Onboarding team completes the end-to-end implementation of the onboarding process. We lead the restaurant from initial sale through configuration to initial training and go-live. All of this is done remotely using various tools and procedures designed to guide the restaurant through the process. The OBS is part of a distributed team charged with setting each restaurant up for success with OpenTable. They will be measured on the speed, volume and quality of each implementation based on a set of goals and benchmarked against others in the team.
London-based hybrid role (2 days per week in office). Requires full fluency in English and fluency in another European language.
