Job summary

A leading provider of enterprise software is seeking an Operational Excellence Coach to lead Lean and cultural transformations in the manufacturing industry. This remote role requires frequent travel and bilingual proficiency in English and French, Italian, or German. Responsibilities include coaching clients, training on software usage, and facilitating continuous improvement initiatives. Candidates should have senior operations leadership experience and strong interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and French or Italian or German.
• Senior Operations Leadership experience in manufacturing environments.
• Experience with Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) in production.
• Ability to develop/maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Comfortable communicating technical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and coaches 5-7 customers at a time.
• Trains customers on workflows inside Redzone software.
• Facilitates shop-floor Huddles and Daily Vital Signs meetings.
• Tracks performance data throughout the deployment.
• Leads process improvement activities for customers.
