As Bilingual Inside Sales Representative, you will gain invaluable insight and experience within a hard-working Inside Sales team who have a demonstrable daily impact on a growing organisation. As Bilingual Inside Sales Representatives, you will participate in all aspects of customer service and Sales. Working in a proactive and professional manner, you will respond to customer inquiries to Radwell by phone, email or through other means. In addition, you will:
Manage sales opportunities and convert them into billable sales.
Verify inventory and fulfill orders when stock is available.
Inform customers of price or delivery updates for orders via phone, email, or online.
Ensure all customer-confirmed orders are reviewed for any discrepancies.
Ensure all non-cancellable, non-returnable orders are processed.
Ensure all customer communications via phone and email are prompt, efficient, and consistently professional.
Assure a high degree of customer satisfaction as measured by our automated survey system, customer feedback and other means.
Input quotes and orders into the sales system, ensuring accuracy in delivery, payment terms, and key details.
Actively pursue new business opportunities through outbound calls and other outreach efforts.
With strong computer skills and great customer service, the in-depth training you receive from us will be bolstered by your own knowledge and experience. Furthermore, you will have:
Fluency in Italian and English
Strong computer proficiency
Understanding of the sales cycle; ability to understand the Radwell International sales cycle
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Confident, proactive, and target-driven mindset
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
Relevant degree (Desirable)
