Job summary

Mulberry Recruitment Ltd in the United Kingdom is seeking an Inside Sales Account Manager to nurture international customer relationships, prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and deliver outstanding service across markets. Hybrid working available with a 12-month maternity cover contract.

You will speak English and Russian (or another Eastern European language), excel in negotiation, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely deliveries and growth.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Russian or another Eastern European language.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and organisational skills.
• A proactive, customer-focused approach.
• Strong time management and numerical skills.
• Previous sales or account management experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop customer accounts and relationships.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate prices and process orders.
• Identify sales opportunities and support business growth.
• Coordinate deliveries and liaise with internal departments.
• Support Business Development Managers in achieving sales objectives.
