Overview
Graduate Enterprise Sales Development Representative – Italian speaker. London-based role for an English and Italian speaker in enterprise software.
Responsibilities
- Contact, educate, qualify and develop sales prospects and inbound/outbound leads to generate qualified sales opportunities.
- Learn, leverage and evolve the demand generation process, including pre-call planning, calling new prospects, sending prospecting and follow-up emails, and making discovery and qualification calls.
- Conduct high-level conversations with targeted executives at prospect companies. Identify customer challenges and needs and communicate potential technology solutions.
- Create a positive prospect experience that sets the stage for effective sales follow-up and future solution sales.
- Consistently achieve qualified opportunity quotas to meet territory revenue objectives.
- Meet and exceed weekly KPI targets for meetings set and held.
Candidate Requirements
- Fluent bilingual English and Italian speaker
- Degree educated
- Hard-working with a positive and energetic persona
- Excellent phone skills (listening, presentation, and objection handling) and strong writing skills
- Attention to detail with accurate lead data entry and management in Salesforce
- Proficient with standard productivity tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Capable of thriving in a high-energy, high-growth sales team; self-starter, tenacious and resourceful
- Team player with integrity
