Qualifications

• 5+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a Finance Manager or Controller role.
• Experience preparing UK statutory accounts and managing audits.
• Strong understanding of tax compliance (VAT, Corporation Tax).

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of financial accounting, reporting, and compliance.
• Prepare and submit monthly financial statements in compliance with IFRS and US GAAP.
• Oversee month-end and year-end close processes.

Skills

Bilingual proficiency in English and German

Strong technical accounting knowledge

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong MS Excel skills

Education

BA/BS Degree in Accounting or Finance

CPA, ACA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification
