Job description
Job Title: Multilingual Customer Experience Consultant (English & German Speaking)

Salary: £12.65 per hour + bonus (OTE)

Location: Hybrid (Office presence required for training and business needs)

Shifts: Rotational schedule between 8:00am and 8:00pm, Monday to Saturday

Role Purpose

We are looking for a Multilingual Customer Experience Consultant to deliver exceptional support to customers across multiple channels, including phone, email, and live chat. You will be part of a dynamic team focused on providing personalised solutions and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Represent the company in a positive and professional manner at all times.
  • Work closely with team leaders to meet service level agreements and performance targets.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate records and adhere to compliance standards.
  • Demonstrate flexibility to work within agreed shift patterns, including evenings and weekends when required.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment and support colleagues as needed.
Skills & Experience
  • Fluent in English and German (both written and spoken).
  • Excellent communication skills and telephone manner.
  • Strong numeracy and literacy skills.
  • Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Previous experience in a contact centre or customer service environment (desirable).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Working Model
  • Hybrid working with the majority of tasks completed remotely.
  • Office attendance required for training, coaching, and business meetings.
