A leading recruitment agency is searching for a Multilingual Customer Experience Consultant who speaks English and German to provide exceptional customer support. This hybrid role requires the candidate to work flexibly, responding to customer inquiries via various channels and identifying opportunities for process improvements. Salary: £12.65 per hour + bonus (OTE)
Location: Hybrid (Office presence required for training and business needs)
Shifts: Rotational schedule between 8:00am and 8:00pm, Monday to Saturday
