Job description

1. 1. Operate tills and process cash/card/mobile payments accurately
2. 2. Keep the checkout area stocked, tidy, and compliant with store standards
3. 3. Assist with price checks and promotions
4. 4. Work collaboratively with team during busy periods.
5. 5. Verify/calculate item prices and enter/update POS & inventory systems，(barcodes, prices, discounts, promos); routinely audit that shelf labels match system prices.
6. 5. Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
7. 6. Previous retail or cashier experience preferred (not essential).
8. 7. Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
9. 8. Availability for shifts including weekends/evenings/holidays as needed.
