Job summary

aba360 is seeking a compassionate, patient home-based assistant to support a teen with Autism. You’ll provide one-on-one sessions, help with daily routines, and record progress while collaborating with the family.

Ideal candidates are bilingual Spanish/English, have experience with autism, can work independently in home settings, and are committed to using evidence-based strategies to foster skills and independence.

Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.
• Experience working with individuals with Autism in home or similar settings.
• Able to work independently in home settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one support to the teen using evidence-based strategies to develop skills.
• Support learning and daily routines during home sessions.
• Work closely with the family to maintain a positive and supportive setting.
• Accurately record progress and observations.
