Totum Partners are pleased to be working with a leading UK law firm to recruit a Billing Supervisor on a fixed term basis. This is a hands‑on role for someone with solid law‑firm billing experience who enjoys supporting a team and being a go‑to contact for the business.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Processing legal bills in line with strict SLAs
  • Attending billing meetings with Partners and Revenue Controllers
  • Handling and resolving billing queries
  • Supporting month‑end activity and improving billing processes
  • Training and developing team members and acting as an escalation point
What we’re looking for:
  • Billing experience in a UK law firm
  • Strong knowledge of the Solicitors Accounts Rules
  • Confident communicator who builds good relationships
