Job summary

Leicestershire County Council is seeking casual Bikeability Instructors to support our training programme. You will progress to a Level 2 award, hold a valid driving licence, and be prepared for ad-hoc cover across the county.

The role is zero-hour/casual, with flexible scheduling including school holidays. You will store/transport equipment, attend training for ongoing professional development, and work both on and off-road under a national delivery standard.

Qualifications

• Achieved 1st4sport Level 2 Award in Instructing Cycle Training or willingness to undertake the four-day course; GCSE English & Maths.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Bikeability levels 1–3 and Learn to Ride in on/off-road environments.
