Description

About Us Gravity Global is the world’s most awarded marketing consultancy specialising in brands operating in complex markets. Led by strategy, innovation, technology, data, and creativity, we create brand-and-demand marketing programmes that drive transformational growth for our clients.

With 14 wholly owned offices across the US, Europe and APAC, and our Global Talent Hubs in emerging markets, you can build a truly global career in a rapidly scaling organisation that’s shaping the future of marketing.

At Gravity Global, we believe our people are our greatest strength. We’re a collective of creative thinkers, strategic storytellers, and data-driven innovators united by one mission – to deliver exceptional work that makes an impact. We’re growing fast – across continents and disciplines – and we’re looking for passionate individuals who want to make a difference: for our clients, our teams, and the world around us.

The Role This is an exciting opportunity to help build and shape the future direction of Gravity Global’s largest growth area in a rapidly expanding network agency. The role is available fully remote but the ideal candidate has access to London or Norwich for key meetings and events. You will work with our global client services teams based in the US, London, Oxford and our performance marketing arm based in Norwich.

Reporting into and mentored by a Director and Head of Biddable. The role will provide room for growth and the opportunity to be involved in diverse and challenging projects across our global agency network.

Key Responsibilities
  • To manage and optimise Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns for a broad portfolio of clients across a range of industry sectors
  • Managing media budgets in excess of £1m per month.
  • To create effective paid digital strategies for client campaigns, using desktop research and industry tools to create compelling media plans, including channel budget allocations, creative approach, and performance forecasts.
  • To identify further opportunities for existing clients across additional networks, channels and areas where spend can be increased, and work with relevant colleagues to present these to clients.
  • Manage and mentor junior team members.
  • Own daily campaign monitoring, optimisation and budget management outputs.
  • Be involved in new business development by having an input into or preparing proposals wherever required
  • As a team, generate regular client reports and contribute to campaign review documents with accurate data, clear analysis, and recommendations.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

You will have;

  • Proven ability to effectively manage Paid Search and Paid Social channels across Google Ads and paid social and/or programmatic platforms.
  • Experience in setting up new accounts to include account uploads, tracking / goal set-up and report template creation.
  • Experience in using reporting mechanisms to monitor and derive actionable insights from your paid digital campaigns.
  • Excellent, persuasive verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to confidently speak to clients.
  • Confident in using Microsoft Office applications: Excel to prepare and analyse data; PowerPoint and Word to prepare clear reports and recommendations.
