The Role

We're looking for a Paid Search / Biddable Media Manager to lead paid search strategy and activation across a range of clients. This is a client-facing role, overseeing the full campaign lifecycle - from strategic planning to optimisation and reporting - while supporting and mentoring junior team members.

You’ll play a key role in shaping paid search best practices, driving performance, and ensuring campaigns meet client objectives across multiple markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, present, and manage paid search campaign strategies
  • Oversee setup, optimisation, and performance delivery against KPIs
  • Provide clients with strategic leadership and actionable insights
  • Foster a test-and-learn culture to drive innovation
  • Collaborate closely with internal planning and ad ops teams
  • Manage day-to-day client communication and ensure a high standard of service
  • Lead on campaign forecasting, budgeting, and reconciliations
  • Deliver performance reporting and present results confidently to clients
Skills & Experience
  • Proven agency-side experience managing paid search campaigns
  • Strong understanding of Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising
  • Experience with tools such as SA360, Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, or Adobe Analytics
  • Knowledge of additional biddable channels (paid social, programmatic) is a plus
  • Excellent analytical and Excel skills
  • Confident communicator, able to explain strategy and insights clearly to clients
Preferred Background
  • Experience in B2B or financial services marketing is advantageous
  • Additional European language skills a bonus
