Job summary

WSH is seeking a Bid Writer to manage tender processes, write proposals and prepare presentations for new business in the UK. You will collaborate with sales, design and marketing to develop compelling content and ensure quality across all bids.

You will produce visually engaging documents using design software, meet tight deadlines, and maintain high standards of accuracy and coherence across multiple submissions.

Qualifications

• Excellent research, writing and checking skills.
• Exceptional writing, editing and proofreading skills.
• Knowledge of using AI is advantageous.
• Strong graphic design skills with Adobe Creative Suite.

Responsibilities

• Create, write and design high-quality bid proposals that align with client requirements and company standards.
• Develop persuasive content for bids, including executive summaries, case studies, and tailored responses to proposals, tenders and PPQ’s/SQ’s.
• Utilise design software to produce visually appealing and professional proposal documents, incorporating graphics, charts, maps and images.
• Aid in the presentation process using PowerPoint and creating printed collateral.
• Working closely with the sales, design and marketing department, and other stakeholders to ensure proposal accuracy and coherence.
