Qualifications

• Experience of bid management and bid coordination on traditional contract forms.
• Proven success in winning bids/tenders within the construction industry.
• Strong analytical, oral, and presentation/communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all bids within the department to ensure consistent content and presentation.
• Develop a strategy for winning individual bids.
• Lead production of bid documents in various formats.
