Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage end-to-end bid lifecycle from opportunity identification to submission and post-bid review.
  • Develop clear, client-focused bid responses communicating key value propositions and win strategies.
  • Collaborate with operations, finance, and senior stakeholders to gather insights for high-quality submissions.
  • Ensure bids comply with client requirements, tender specs, and regulatory standards.
  • Coordinate bid planning activities including storyboarding, internal reviews, and approvals.
  • Maintain bid libraries, templates, and standard content to improve efficiency and consistency.
  • Support pricing strategy development with commercial teams.
  • Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support communication and business development.
  • Monitor bid outcomes, analyze win/loss data, and apply insights for future improvement.
  • Prepare and deliver high-impact presentations, pitches, and clarification responses.
  • Manage multiple bids concurrently and meet deadlines while maintaining quality.
  • Proven experience in bid writing, proposal development, or bid management.
