  • Ensure all submissions align with Utilities Contracts Regulations 2016 and Public Contracts Regulations 2015
  • Write, edit, and proof compelling technical and commercial content that reflects company strengths and client priorities
  • Analyse feedback from previous tenders to identify scoring gaps and implement improvements for future bids
  • Support continuous improvement outside of live tender periods by identifying content gaps, working with internal teams, and maintaining updated bid libraries

  • Proactively contribute to process refinement, ensuring bid documentation and templates meet the highest professional standards
Skills & Experience Required

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with confidence using AI tools such as Copilot or ChatGPT
  • Highly organised, able to manage multiple tenders simultaneously and meet strict deadlines
  • A collaborative communicator, comfortable working with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Self-motivated, solutions-driven, and eager to continuously improve
  • Full UK driving licence preferred (occasional travel to head office if based at another depot)
