Qualifications

Location: Stirling, 3 days per week with 2 days home working

Contract - Full time Permanent

Your new role

What you'll do:

  • Lead the completion of PQQ’s and also quality sections of tender submissions
  • Identify opportunities for regional businesses by collating information from various portals
  • Work closely with the other Bid Team members to meet submission deadlines, sharing information and best practice
  • Write, review and edit quality bid responses within given timescales
  • Contribute effectively towards maintaining a positive working environment and play a key part in the team environment
  • To embrace learning opportunities to improve skills and continuously improve proposal quality
  • To manage Constructionline and other databases

What you’ll need:

  • Previous experience of proposal writing from a Facilities Management is preferred
  • Strong IT skills including MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and Adobe InDesign
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to communicate effectively at all levels
  • Ability and desire to work as part of a team
  • Previous experience of data manipulation and data collation
