We’re looking for an experienced Bid Writer to support engineering, manufacturing, and digital advertising bids for public-sector clients, including UK councils, and local authorities. This will include ITTs, PQQs, RFQs, and framework submissions.
Our bids typically cover wayfinding schemes, bus shelters, and digital advertising displays, including their design, manufacture, and installation. Project values range from approximately £500k to £40 million.
You’ll have a minimum of three years’ bid-writing experience and a strong understanding of how public-sector tenders are evaluated and scored. You’ll be able to produce high-scoring, evidence-led and benefit-focused responses that are tailored to the specific requirements of each project and client.
Your writing style should be factual, specific, and compliant. Responses should be written for evaluators rather than as marketing copy, with clear evidence to support claims and no generic, unsubstantiated, or unsupported statements.
