What You'll Do

Join our dynamic team and lead high-impact bids across the UK defence sector. As our new B2B Bid Lead, you\'ll manage end-to-end tender processes, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and shape winning proposals that make a difference.

  • Lead bids from EOI to ITT with our Defence & Aerospace teams
  • Coordinate technical, legal, commercial, and BD stakeholders
  • Draft compelling proposals and ensure compliance at every stage
  • Drive continuous improvement and mentor junior team members
What We're Looking for
  • Experience in UK defence bids and public procurement portals (e.g. CDP, JOSCAR)
  • Strong writing, planning, and stakeholder management skills
  • Familiarity with UK Procurement Regulations (PA23)
  • Eligibility for UK Security Clearance
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years\' experience in bid or proposal management (ideal).
  • Strong knowledge of bid processes, governance, and best practice.
  • Experience managing procurement portals and the new Central Digital Platform (CDP) introduced under the Procurement Act.
  • APMP (Association of Proposal Management Professionals) certification is desirable but not essential.
