Salary: £44,833 - £60,000 depending on skills and experience, annual bonus plus a range of other benefits to support your family, finances and wellbeing.
Working Pattern: Full Time, Permanent - 37 Hours p/week

Could you be our next Bid Manager to join the team and drive this success forwards?
As a key member of the Highways Electrical Estimating Team, you will play a central role in managing the entire process required to produce high-quality, competitive tender responses for our strategic customers. This role covers the full scope of bid management responsibilities, including stakeholder engagement, bid writing, and providing expert guidance on tender submissions. Working closely with the Senior Management Team, Operational Managers, and fellow Estimating Team members, you will take ownership of delivering tenders that meet our customers’ needs and reflect our commitment to excellence.
