Overview

Lanpro is a market leading multi-disciplinary planning consultancy specialising in environment‑led planning and design.

We work on projects across town semi‑rural and rural contexts including residential renewable energy infrastructure, historic sites, estates and mixed‑use commercial developments.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the end‑to‑end bid process across the UK.
  • Develop holistic tender systems and coordinate delivery of multi‑disciplinary tenders.
  • Prepare commercial aspects of bids ensuring all products/services are included in the final price.
  • Lead risk tracking and manage bid budgets and performance against KPIs.
  • Drive continuous improvement through post‑bid reviews with customers.
Qualifications
  • 5–15 years experience in relevant industry (Degree level desired).
  • Proven ability to secure high‑value work suited to Lanpro core sectors.
  • Strong background in tender management coordination for multi‑disciplinary projects.
  • Excellent communicator, comfortable working at all levels within senior delivery teams.
  • Sound commercial understanding, profit and loss experience and risk management skills.
  • Positive proactive driven and highly motivated.
