Product Marketing Director - ELSB
We are looking for an experienced Estimating Manager to join our team and drive commercial success across our electrical distribution portfolio. In this role, you will manage incoming enquiries and maximise opportunities across System Pro E Power (via partner programme), Protecta Power, Protecta Plus, Protecta Home, ATS, Wiring Accessories, and EV solutions.
You will be responsible for identifying and developing opportunities in Building Management Systems, Building Automation, Energy Management, and Emergency Lighting. A key part of the role will be ensuring tender accuracy, improving conversion rates, and providing high-quality enquiry documentation, including technical submissions.
As Estimating Manager, you will also play a vital role in managing and tracking tenders, optimising tender tools and processes, and supporting bid leadership. In addition, you will contribute to technical promotion activities and provide essential support to the sales teams.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in estimating and tendering for electrical distribution systems, with strong commercial acumen and a solid understanding of market price positioning, product positioning, and effective enquiry management. This role requires regular co-location with our estimating/production team onsite, or with customers when required.
We are seeking someone with both end-user and channel partner experience, who can drive conversion rates and deliver accurate, competitive tenders that win business.

In this role, you’ll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact.
Developing optimization plans to increase operational excellence and external/internal customer satisfaction across the ITO processes.
Focusing on increasing sales forecasting accuracy, timely delivered and complete quotes, percentage of clean orders, Net Promoter Score, salesforce data quality Key Performance Indicators, and minimizing the number of manual sales order changes.
Supporting in leads, contacts, accounts and opportunities management, accounts segmentation, accounts planning, forecasting, and overall data quality reported in commercial tools.
Leading a team of experts who work on customers’ and Sales Engineers’ input, generating products/systems configurations, managing market special price agreements, and preparing direct and indirect quotations.
Degree or relevant experience in this field
3-5 years of experience in a related field or role
