A leading global services company in London is seeking a talented Bid Manager to drive the development of complex bids that showcase its unique offerings. The successful candidate will have significant experience in bid writing, strong interpersonal skills, and be effective in managing projects. We're looking for a talented Bid Manager with strong bid writing experience to join our dynamic Business Development team and help us win exciting new contracts.
As the Bid Manager, you'll lead the creation and coordination of outstanding bids that showcase the best of what Sodexo can offer. You'll co-design tailored solutions with our Business Development Directors, Managers, and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), bringing together creativity, structure, and storytelling to deliver proposals that resonate with our clients.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on project management, collaboration and the satisfaction of seeing a winning bid come to life.
To be successful in the role, you will have a strong track record as a bid manager. You should have a proven ability to manage and deliver complex, high-value bids, combined with strong negotiation, influencing and management skills.
