This is a permanent, Hybrid role with flexibility to work from our Head office near Birmingham International Airport, our branches, and remotely.

As a pivotal member of our team, you will be instrumental in developing and implementing bid management strategies to enhance win rates and drive revenue growth.
By closely monitoring bid performance metrics and sharing insights with cross-functional teams and Senior Stakeholders, you will guide your team through the bid process, ensuring compliance with client requirements and deadlines.
Collaboration is key within this role to ensure that you are utilising the experts across the business to provide insight and help to build the opportunities within your plan.

Ideally, you have experience leading teams and managing bid strategies with a focus on conversions and revenue growth
You are naturally inquisitive, efficient, and forward-thinking, with a passion for adopting digital tools.
A strong collaborator who excels at building relationships with stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to enhance bid strategies.
Committed to continuous improvement, possessing or working towards a bid management qualification (e.g., APMP) would be advantageous but not essential.
