About you
  • Experience in bid coordination, proposal support, project administration or similar
  • Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines
  • Strong written communication and high attention to detail
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Able to work independently, proactively, and with discretion
  • Calm under pressure with strong problem-solving skills
  • Desirable: experience with public-sector tendering processes
  • Desirable: third-level qualification in business, management, or project management
What you'll do
  • Coordinate day-to-day bid activities, tracking tasks and timelines
  • Organise bid team meetings, agendas, actions, and follow-ups
  • Gather and organise content from stakeholders, SMEs, and partners
  • Maintain templates, CVs, case studies, and version control
  • Support compliance checks to ensure the bid meets tender requirements
  • Prepare, format, proofread, and quality-check documentation ahead of submission
  • Assist with submission uploads and maintain accurate audit trails
