Job Title: Bid Co-ordinator

Base Location: Remote Based in UK

Salary: £31,230 - £41,250 depending on skills and experience plus a range of other benefits to support your family, finances and wellbeing.

Working Pattern: Full Time, Permanent - 37 Hour week.

What will I be doing in this role?

As a key member of our Estimating Team, you’ll play an essential role in supporting tenders for Highways Electrical. Your focus will be on identifying bid opportunities, gathering and creating high-quality supporting material, managing submission portals, and working closely with the wider Bid Team to develop compelling proposals.

  • Producing high-quality content for ITTs, PQQs, and SQQs across the full scope of our service delivery.
  • Overseeing and managing all client portals, ensuring information is shared quickly and accurately.
  • Supporting the Bid Manager in the ongoing development of a central library of bid support materials.
  • Championing document management, change control, and continuous process improvement.
  • Maintaining and updating bid and CRM tools to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
What do I need to be successful in the role?

We would love for you to join our team, bringing your experience of working in a bid coordination role. Previous experience within our industry is a definite plus! We’re also looking for the following qualities and skills:

  • Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in all work.
  • Strong time management and prioritisation skills to handle competing deadlines effectively.
  • Excellent written communication skills, capable of producing clear and professional documents.
  • Proven experience compiling e-tender bids, PQQs, and SQQs.
