Position Overview

We are recruiting a Bid Administrator to provide essential administrative support to the Bid Management team, ensuring timely and accurate submission of PQQs and tender proposals. This role is critical to meeting deadlines and delivering successful, compliant bids that drive winning outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • General administrative duties on PQQ and tender documentation, including management of documentation and distribution of clarification logs
  • Manage company accounts within Client portals to download tender/PQQ documentation
  • Liaise with Construction teams to collate and produce case studies for current projects
  • Establish a close working relationship with internal departments such as operations, health and safety, quality, business development to facilitate transfer of knowledge into successful bids
  • Regular review and updating of submissions library/model answers to ensure internal resources are up to date
  • Lead on re-accreditation for key ESH Construction certifications (e.g. Constructionline, CHAS, Considerate Constructors)
  • Maintain formatting of documentation for inclusion in bids using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and Adobe InDesign, Adobe Acrobat
  • Manage the password/portal spreadsheet
  • Work with the Business Development team to record pipeline dataEmbody the core values of the Company in the day-to-day working of the Proposals team
  • Implement and comply with all Company requirements across bid activity work practices
  • Collaborate with the Senior Bid Manager and Proposals Team
