£50,000 - £55,000 + bonus + benefits

This high-growth, PE-backed B2B technology business is looking for a hands‑on BI Manager to join their expanding team. With data at the heart of their decision‑making, this is a great opportunity for an ambitious analyst to develop skills in business intelligence, reporting, and data‑driven insight.

As the BI Manager, you’ll support the business with reporting, dashboards, and analysis that help shape strategy in a fast‑paced, scaling environment.

Key Responsibilities of the BI Manager

  • Set the BI agenda - Shape and deliver the company’s BI strategy, creating a clear vision for data‑driven success.
  • Deliver insight with impact - Create compelling dashboards, KPIs, and reports that influence critical decisions across the business.
  • Champion data excellence - Ensure data is accurate, consistent, and accessible, driving a culture where decisions are evidence‑based.
  • Be a trusted partner - Work closely with senior stakeholders to provide clear, actionable insights that power growth and innovation.
  • Lead & inspire a team - Build and mentor a collaborative, high‑performing BI function that thrives on innovation.

Skills & Attributes of the BI Manager

  • Relevant experience - Strong background as a BI Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar, ideally in a fast‑moving business. Prior staff management is not importance
  • Technical toolkit - Confident with BI tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, Looker, BigQuery) and advanced Excel/SQL/Python.
  • Strong communicator - Able to explain complex data in a simple, commercial way.
  • Collaborative mindset - Enjoys working across functions to deliver value from data.
  • Ambitious to grow - Keen to expand skills and take on greater responsibility in BI and data.
