Job summary

Lindt in Richmond upon Thames, London, is seeking a BI Developer to help enchant the world with chocolate through data insights. The role blends office-based collaboration with home working in a Hybrid setup (60% in-office, 40% WFH).

The BI Developer partners with business stakeholders and IT Business Partners to understand reporting and analytics needs and translate them into effective front-end business intelligence solutions. The role designs, develops, tests and supports dashboards, reports and visualisations, working closely with BI developers, data engineers and Group IT teams to ensure that back-end data solutions support the required business outcomes.

The role is accountable for ensuring that visualisations are fit for purpose, aligned to agreed standards and supported throughout their lifecycle. It also contributes to the evolution of the analytics landscape by improving reporting processes, encouraging user adoption and identifying opportunities to increase the value of data and insight.
