BI & Analytics Manager

Based in Dover, this role is pivotal in the leisure, travel, and tourism industry.

Description

• Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI and Microsoft Fabric.
• Develop and optimise semantic models and curated datasets, ensuring they remain accurate and accessible.
• Ensure data consistency, quality, and scalability across the organisation.
• Nurture stakeholder relationships and translate business needs into insightful analytical solutions.
• Explore and integrate emerging technologies, including AI/ML, to enhance data capabilities.
• Promote and uphold data standards and best practices within the Analytics and Data Engineering team.
• Support and empower data-driven decision-making across the business.
• Carry out ETL processes and validate data for accuracy and completeness.
• Analyse data using SQL and scripting languages such as Python to provide actionable insights.
• Share clear and meaningful insights to guide both strategic and operational decisions.

Profile

• A strong background in business intelligence and data analytics.
