About the Role

We’re looking for a data-driven BI Analyst with a sharp analytical mind and a passion for turning numbers into strategy. If you have experience in CFD, Forex, or iGaming and love uncovering insights that drive business growth, we’d love to hear from you.

In this role, you’ll work closely with the COO and CEO as trusted advisor on all things BI and analytics. You’ll focus on understanding user behavior, forecasting trends, and identifying opportunities that move the business forward. We’re looking for someone skilled in hypothesis building, A/B testing, cohort analysis, and user lifecycle research—someone who’s curious, detail-oriented, and driven by results.

Responsibilities

• Develop, and maintain BI dashboards, reports, and data models using tools such as Power BI or Tableau
• Analyze affiliate traffic, evaluating the effectiveness of affiliate channels, conversion funnels, and ROI
• Assess the performance of advertising campaigns through key metrics such as CAC, ARPU, and ARPPU.
• Identify data trends, patterns, and anomalies to predict user behavior and drive business performance.
• Conduct A/B tests, analyze results, and building data-driven hypotheses.
• Building multi-dimensional cohort analytics.
• Prepare analytical reports for C-level executives and product owners, providing actionable recommendations to support management decisions.
• Interact with data engineers to ensure data availability and reliability

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a BI or Data Analyst, ideally within CFD, Forex, or iGaming industries.
• Programming skills in Python or R for data analysis and automation.
• Advanced SQL skills for complex querying and data transformation.
• Practical expertise in Power BI/Tableau—report creation, dashboard design, and data modeling.
• Web analytics using Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager would be a plus
• Basic ETL/ELT data pipelines management and orchestration (Airflow)
• Experience in conducting A/B tests, analyzing outcomes, and formulating data-driven hypotheses.
• Solid foundation in machine learning techniques: forecasting, clustering, classification, and regression.
• Proven track record of driving business growth through data-driven BI insights.
• Exceptional analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and communication skills.
• Strong business focus and ability to use data for driving meaningful business outcomes
