We’re looking for a talented BI Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll design and deliver high-quality dashboards and reports that shape strategic decisions across the organisation. You’ll work closely with teams at every level, transforming large and complex datasets into meaningful, actionable insights.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Creating dynamic, interactive Power BI dashboards and reports that support key business functions
• Using SQL to extract and transform large datasets in Snowflake, ensuring data is optimised and accurate
• Improving data models and driving automation to enhance reporting efficiency and scalability
• Developing KPIs and performance metrics across finance, operations, sales, and other business units
• Conducting deep-dive analysis, spotting trends, and presenting clear insights to senior stakeholders
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and deliver tailored data solutions
• Ensuring data integrity through robust modelling and validation
• Providing written and verbal commentary on performance and opportunities
• Staying ahead of emerging BI tools, technologies, and industry trends

What You’ll Bring

Essential

• A degree in a numerical, analytical, or computer science discipline
• Strong Power BI skills – including data modelling, DAX, and visualisation
• Solid experience with SQL and data extraction from data warehouses

• Excellent communication and data-storytelling abilities
• Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
• A track record of delivering scalable, advanced BI solutions
• Strong grasp of data transformation and visualisation best practices
• Comfortable working with large datasets and generating meaningful insights

• Understanding of financial terminology
