Position: BI Analyst

🏡 About the role

As part of our growing Data team, you will work closely with our Data Product Lead and core Revenue Management teams, playing a key role in helping us make data-driven decisions, optimising performance, and enhancing our operational strategy within our the Revenue Management function.

🏡 Your day-to-day responsibilities
  • Extract, manipulate, and analyse large datasets using SQL to generate insights.
  • Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau.
  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities to improve commercial & revenue performance.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to support decision-making with real-time data.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reports.
  • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.
🏡 Skills & Experience Required
  • SQL Expertise – Strong experience in writing queries and working with databases.
  • Proficiency in Tableau – Ability to build compelling dashboards and visualisations.
  • Analytical Mindset – Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Commercial Awareness – Ability to translate data into business driven decisions.
  • Additional Tools - Experience with other BI tools such as Power BI, Looker, or Google Data Studio.
  • Strong mathematical foundation – expertise in areas such as econometrics, game theory, and behavioural economics are a plus but by no means essential.
  • Prior industry experience - e-commerce, marketplace platforms, or travel tech preferred.
