Job summary

Costa Coffee, part of the Coca-Cola system, is seeking a Procurement Manager, Beverage Ingredients to shape sourcing for syrups, sauces and powders across the UK and selected markets. You will build supplier partnerships, drive value and ensure supply resilience while collaborating with Product Development, Supply Chain and Commercial teams.

Based at our Support Centre in St Albans (moving to a new site in Jan 2027), you'll lead negotiations, contract management and category strategy, balancing

Qualifications

• Proven procurement experience within food/beverage or ingredients categories.
• Strong supplier management and contract negotiation capabilities.
• Experience delivering value through strategic sourcing and cost optimisation.
• Ability to build relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Commercial mindset with analytical approach to product development.

Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing strategy for beverage ingredients (syrups, sauces, powders).
• Build and manage strategic supplier partnerships across UK/Europe.
• Deliver value through negotiations, contracts and risk management.
• Support new product launches with Product Development and Commercial teams.
• Identify opportunities using market insights and supplier expertise.
