Qualifications

• Background in Food Science/Technology or similar field.
• Strong beverage formulation and development experience.
• Ability to solve formulation and technical challenges.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills.
• Customer-focused with commercial awareness.

Responsibilities

• Turn customer briefs into high-quality, scalable, factory-ready beverage solutions.
• From concept and sampling to refinement and launch support, bring ideas to life.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Management and TPM to move projects forward with speed and quality.
• Ensure products are practical, reproducible, and ready for production.
