Job summary

ALS Landscaping Ltd in Lincoln is seeking a talented joiner with strong woodwork and bespoke joinery experience for outdoor structures such as pergolas, decking, gates and garden rooms. You will manufacture, construct and install on-site, reading technical drawings and project specs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a joiner or carpenter (min. 2 years preferred).
• Skilled in measuring, cutting, assembling and finishing timber products.
• Experience with outdoor installations and timber treatments.
• Ability to read and interpret plans/drawings.
• Valid UK driving licence (essential).

Responsibilities

• Manufacture, construct, and install bespoke timber structures on-site
• Read and interpret technical drawings and project specifications
• Operate hand tools and woodworking machinery safely and effectively
• Work collaboratively with landscapers, designers, and other trades
• Maintain high standards of craftsmanship and finish
• Ensure all work is completed to health and safety standards
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members
