Job summary

INFORM3 Recruitment is seeking an experienced Bespoke Joinery Project Manager to join their growing Mid Ulster team delivering high-end interior and fit-out projects.

You will manage projects from planning through to installation, coordinating clients, designers, workshops and site personnel, with a strong focus on quality, schedules and on-site problem solving.

Proven track record in bespoke joinery and a hands-on approach to delivering premium interiors is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in bespoke joinery, cabinetry or high-end interiors.
• Experience coordinating joinery projects from manufacture to installation.
• Solid understanding of joinery materials, hardware and installation processes.
• Ability to read and interpret detailed production and technical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Manage bespoke joinery projects from production through to installation and completion.
• Plan and coordinate workshop production against project and installation deadlines.
• Work closely with designers and production teams to ensure drawings and specifications are accurate.
• Coordinate materials, hardware, suppliers, installers and logistics.
• Monitor project progress, identify delays and take action to keep schedules.
• Coordinate installation teams and attend sites as required.
• Manage snagging and ensure outstanding works are completed to high standard.
• Liaise with clients, designers, contractors and internal teams throughout the project.
• Handle multiple projects with focus on quality, programme and detail.

INFORM3 are seeking an experienced Bespoke Joinery Project Manager to join a growing business delivering high-end interior and fit-out projects.

This role would suit a Joinery Project Manager, Fit-Out Project Manager, Contracts Manager or experienced Site/Project Manager with a strong background in bespoke joinery and high-end interiors.

The successful candidate will take responsibility for the delivery of projects from planning and coordination through to site installation and completion, working closely with clients, designers, subcontractors, workshop teams and site personnel.

A strong understanding of bespoke joinery, interior fit-out and construction processes is essential, along with the ability to manage projects from a practical, site-focused perspective.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage bespoke joinery projects from production through to installation and completion.


• Plan and coordinate workshop production against project and installation deadlines.


• Work closely with designers and production teams to ensure drawings and specifications are accurate and available.


• Coordinate materials, hardware, suppliers, installers and logistics.


• Monitor project progress, identify potential delays and take action to keep projects on schedule.


• Coordinate installation teams and attend sites where required.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in bespoke joinery, cabinetry, furniture manufacturing or high-end interiors.


• Previous experience managing or coordinating joinery projects from manufacture through to installation.


• Strong understanding of joinery manufacturing, materials, hardware and installation processes.


• Ability to read and understand detailed production and technical drawings.


• Strong planning, organisation and problem-solving skills.


• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.


• Ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines.


• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.


• Practical joinery or cabinet-making background is highly desirable.


• Willingness to be hands-on and involved in resolving workshop and installation issues.
