Job summary

Picketts and Pursers in Petersfield is seeking an experienced Goldsmith to join their five-generation family-owned workshop in Hampshire. You’ll work on bespoke commissions, remodel existing jewellery, and create stock to sell from the shop floor.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of three years’ experience, exceptional eye for detail, strong work ethic and good communication. The role offers a rewarding, hands-on environment with a competitive salary and staff discount.

Responsibilities

• Opportunity to create bespoke commissions.
• Remodelling pre-existing jewellery.
• Creating stock to sell from the shop floor.
• Resizing of rings, general repairs and polishing.
• Maintaining and cleaning of equipment and workshop tools.
• Liaising with shop floor staff on tasks and communicating effectively.
• Brand ambassador for Picketts and Pursers.
