Throughout the process we combine craftsmanship with technology to exacting standards. It is our attention to detail that produces world class interiors.
Working in Bespoke at Rolls-Royce Motor Cars is an exciting environment, bringing the most ambitious designs of our clients into reality. Each day in Bespoke will bring new challenges and opportunities as you support the Bespoke teams with day-to-day tasks and projects. This is constantly changing due to the range of bespoke options we offer our clients, and you will learn how to think on your feet in a dynamic workplace. During your time in the Studio, you’ll get to work with a variety of materials; predominantly wood and wood veneers, plus precious metals, stone, carbon fibre and other organic veneers. You’ll also have opportunities to try hand painting, airbrushing, and sprayed finishes. Creative thinking and a strong design flair are encouraged. This placement also gives you the chance to learn how to support the team in bringing new and exciting ideas to life, and to take a lead on the Experimentations workstream.

To be eligible for this position, you must be returning to your studies, for a minimum of 6 months, after completion of this placement. You must be able to provide proof of your legal right to work in the UK.
