Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Finance or Economics or related field.
• Proven track record of P&L ownership and driving growth in financial services.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver Bermuda’s P&L, driving revenue growth and profitability.
• Develop and execute commercial strategy to expand market share across asset classes.
• Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and cross-selling.
• Lead client engagement with asset managers, institutional investors, and intermediaries.
• Oversee onboarding and ensure seamless service delivery with ops and product teams.
• Represent Bermuda on regional/global leadership committees and align local goals with group objectives.
